Last week (Monday 11th-16th November) was Maths week. To celebrate, as a whole school, we took part in the TT Rock Stars Tournament to see if we could be 'the most improved school' in the country in our results. The aim was to increase our speed and accuracy of recall of multiplication facts. Although we may not have won the country wide tournament, the teachers at school were really impressed with the dedication and determination shown by lots of our pupils. As a result, the classes showing 'the most improved' in KS1 and KS2 have enjoyed a special pizza delivery to school this afternoon to celebrate! Well done to year 1/2 and year 5!
In addition, the two most improved players in each class also enjoyed pizza. Well done everyone! Thank you for taking part.
